Aeris said today it is teaming up with TrackEnsure of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, to help trucking companies in North America improve operations through IoT technologies.
Aeris is providing a global IoT connectivity solution for TrackEnsure to provide its services to truck carriers’ transportation, fleet, logistics and warehouse management systems.
TrackEnsure is a logistics service provider and uses IoT to give its clients maximum data integration, performance, reporting and analytics capabilities. TrackEnsure provides its clients with capabilities related to order management, trip management, hours of service (HOS) management, fuel management, fraud prevention, pricing calculators, signal processing and notifications, analysis and reports.
TrackEnsure, whose clients are any-size truck carriers, offers an integrated IoT platform that collects data from dozens of sources and combines it in a way that provides qualitative new functionality to clients. TrackEnsure’s services include equipment tracking, driver hours of service tracking, fuel card fraud prevention, shipment error prevention and detection.
